MTN have 3 Blackberry 10 Plans on their portals which includes BB10 MINI, BB10 MIDI & BB10 MAXI. We have only explored BB10 Mini and BB10 Midi but we haven’t explored BB10 Maxi. Unfortunately, even the so called Blackberry 10 users are not using any of these subscription plans on their smartphone.

BB10 Maxi comes with Daily, weekly and monthly. Daily gives you 50MB for N200; weekly gives you 350MB for N1,100 and monthly gives you 1.5GB for N3,000. The good news is that you can download more than the stated MB. You can download gigs with the daily MB, weekly and even more with the monthly plan.

Like I said, it’s for strong hearted and those who are willing to take the risk. I subscribe for the daily this morning and to amaze you, I’ve use it and it works just fine.

How Can I Subscribe to BB10 MAXI

Dial *131# and follow the prompt or

For Monthly dial  *216*5*3#

For Weekly dial *216*5*2#

For Daily, dial *216*5*1#

I’m going to drop 3 VPN settings for right away.

For Android users Using Netloop VPN

1. Download Netloop VPN from google playstore directly.
2. Install and Open Netloop then just goto Connection settings,
3. Tick Enable Proxy, then enter the following
   Proxy Host: 10.199.212.2
   Proxy Port: 8080 
   4. Then Tick Header Tweaking, select Tweak Type, here just choose “Host Replacement”
   Then input the the below Settings
4. Injection Host : — web.blackberry.com
   finally, go back and click on “Connect Button” That is all.

For PC User

==>Download Simple server for Pc here

==> Extract the downloaded file and open the extracted file folder, click on the ‘Simpler Servers.exe and run the application.

==>When activated slot the SIM into your modem >>Connect it to your PC then After receiving the welcome to Mtn Bis message, Go to setting on your Modem and configure your

APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net,

Password & username: web >> Also configure your browser and IDM to 127.0.0.1 port 8080 

Open your browser and start surfing and downloading.
